Okay again, since dwed isn't even active anymore i'll actually post here on what you should fix ;D. (i'm a member not an elder or a CL)

First of all, you need to change your spec abit, you're spec atm is not a decent PVE specc (since there's only 1-3 good holy specs)

Also about your gear, You're crit is really low imo, 80 holy paladins who has nearly dinged 80 should have around 20% holy crit unbuffed and without talents and the greenies you have, you could do some heroics or normal instances to replace them, because they are really bad ;P (you can't raid naxx 10 with 14k mana and 1.3k SP)

And about the trinkets, where's that Dragonblight trinket? ;D with 53crit rating or something like that and the bagde trinket? ;P

i do like your application and we are in need of a Holy paladin, i just wounder if you're active player since you need a bit of a work on the gear, if you're active then you'll be Geard up in no time since we have quite an active bunch of players that's willing to go Hc, and sometime maybe PuG Hc.
if you set your gole on what you need to get from Hc and get a tad bit of a imp. gear then you'll be Raiding with us in no time!

well i got an broken hand right now, so im not so active atm but when thats of im very active. so when im playing again il aim for the gear upgrade

i see no reason why you can't do your upgrade while being in the guild.
